Knowee is a digital card platform designed to share your contact details quickly, customized to your needs, and in an eco-friendly manner, eliminating the need for traditional business cards.
No registration required. You can view, use and convert any Knowee card into a contact without registration. Simply click on the web link of the card you received via email, WhatsApp, SMS, link, etc., or scan the QR code or read the chip of the physical NFC card that was shared with you. The card will immediately open in your browser without any hassle.
No need. Each Knowee business card is a web page, so it does not require any application, software, download or registration to view and use it. Knowee cards are fully responsive, ensuring optimal display on any device.
Access is available to all people you have shared your card with and those who have the Knowee code or QR code for the card. Sharing the code or QR of a card is equivalent to sharing the card.
Functions
Yes, you can make changes at any time. Access Knowee via the website, log in and you can edit your digital card. In the menu on the left you will find the different options to change the data or the design.
Yes, you can share your card from your browser, through any app on your mobile phone or by copying and pasting the link to your card. You can also show the QR code. We also offer NFC devices for contactless sharing.
Yes, in the pro plan and in the business plan you can include any type of content in the company cards.
Yes, you can copy and paste your card image (with the link to your Knowee code) into most word processors, email managers, spreadsheets, presentations (PDF or PowerPoint) or even your website. The Knowee code is a direct link to your card and you are free to use it. You can also include the QR code and link it to one of your cards; a user can click on it or simply scan it to access it.
Card holder
The tool that allows you to manage your contacts and digital cards within Knowee. You can include Knowee cards, scan physical cards or add them manually. All thanks to the Knowee app that you can download here.Mantienes el control sobre todas las tarjetas que has visto. Puedes buscar entre todas ellas, incluso por la fecha y el lugar en el que las viste por primera vez.
Your cardholder grows with the cards you scan. You can export your entire cardholder (or selected cards) whenever you want from the website, Cardholder section. Click on Select cards, select all or some and choose:
- Exportar como VCF: se descargará un archivo ZIP con todos los VCFs guardados. Será fácil incluirlos en Outlook o cualquier CRM. Tip: puedes seleccionar todos los VCFs y arrastrarlos a Outlook: se crearán todos esos contactos automáticamente (ojo, ve de poco en poco).
- Exportar como CSV: se exportará un archivo separado por comas para Excel o cualquier otra hoja de cálculo o CRM.
Y el administrador podrá exportar el tarjetero corporativo: la suma de todos los tarjeteros de los empleados a un CSV de forma inmediata.
Yes. With Knowee you have a control panel, accessible only by administrator users, from where you can manage everything related to your company’s digital business cards. You decide which user or users we make administrators.Aunque es muy sencillo, nosotros os ayudaremos a manejar la herramienta desde el principio.
Access and security
On the login screen, below the password field, you will find instructions on how to reset your password. Click the appropriate link and enter your email address to receive a new password.
Yes, you can change your email by going to your account settings and updating your contact information.
Knowee uses advanced security protocols, such as sending one-time login links and traditional password authentication option, to ensure the protection of your account and personal data.

It is an advanced service ideal for individual professionals to manage their digital business cards, allowing for efficient personalization, storage and exchange of contacts.

Yes, you can store and use your cards in both Wallet systems.
Yes, it is compatible with Outlook, Gmail and other email managers.
Enterprise plan
The process is simple and suitable for both small and large companies. It consists of sending the desired design in PDF or similar format, together with the fonts if they are not public. Knowee creates an exact graphic design according to the corporate guidelines. An Excel template is provided to fill in with the data for each card. Once this material is received, in approximately one week, all the cards will be created and ready for distribution.
Yes, you can create as many card templates as you need and make changes at any time. Additional designs or changes to existing ones may incur a small creation cost, but these are usually insignificant.
Yes, cards incorporate multimedia content such as text, buttons, links to documents or websites, YouTube or Vimeo videos, images, banners, offers and portfolios. All of this is managed centrally from a control panel by administrators.
From the dashboard, it is possible to delete cards and users at any time. Once deleted, those cards will no longer be accessible, ensuring that no former employees can use them on behalf of the company. If this process is automated, manual deletions will not be necessary; it will be executed automatically.
Yes, it is possible to set up single sign-on (SSO) so that users authenticate to Knowee with the same credentials they use in other company systems. Additionally, card management can be automated by sharing sFTP files or through API, allowing daily or weekly synchronizations to keep data up to date.
Yes, if you are an NGO or non-profit company aligned with Knowee’s objectives, we can apply a 50% discount on all our rates. We will be happy to help you in your challenge. (Subject to evaluation by Knowee).
