General
Knowee turns your paper business card into an interactive digital card you can always carry with you. Share your details, social profiles and content through a QR code, a link or an NFC card. And if anything changes, you only need to update it once.
No. Your card opens straight in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer. There is no need to download an app, create an account or sign up.
Just hold the NFC card close to a compatible smartphone to open your digital card. They also include a QR code as an alternative, so sharing your details is always easy.
Nothing you need to fix one by one. Update your information in Knowee and the changes will appear automatically the next time someone opens your card, scans your QR code or uses your NFC card.
On the login screen, select “Forgot your password?” and enter your email. We will send you instructions to create a new one securely.
Yes. You can update it in your profile settings. If you use Knowee through your company, some corporate details may be managed by your organization’s administrator.
Individual
You can create your first digital card, generate your QR code, add it to your Wallet and use the app to scan paper cards. You also get a digital card holder with room for up to 20 cards.
User Pro is designed for people who want to get more out of their card. You can create up to 3 cards, customize their design, add videos, PDFs and links, check analytics and use the app without limits.
Yes. With User Pro you can adapt the card to your style with colors, a logo, images and links to your social profiles, portfolio or other content.
Take a photo of any paper card from the app and Knowee will automatically recognize its details. The contact is then organized in your digital card holder so you can find it whenever you need it.
Yes. You can add your card to your Wallet and always have your QR code at hand, even when you have no internet connection.
You can see how many times your card has been viewed, how many people have saved your contact details and how many contact exchanges you have made.
It is where all your Knowee contacts live. There you will find both the people you have exchanged details with and the paper cards you have scanned, all organized in one place.
Companies
It lets you manage your whole team’s digital cards from a single place. It centralizes brand identity, employees, contacts, analytics and integrations with corporate tools. You also get dedicated support.
From the admin panel you can create, edit or deactivate cards individually or in bulk using CSV or Excel. That way a change of role, phone number or employee is updated without having to remake any cards.
Yes. You can create corporate templates with your company’s logo, colors and style, and decide which information each employee can change. That keeps the whole team visually consistent.
Yes. Knowee works with tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and offers corporate integration options such as SSO and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
We can produce physical NFC cards with your company’s visual identity. Because they are linked to the employee’s digital profile, their details can change without having to manufacture a new card.
No. They are completely optional. Digital cards can be shared directly through a QR code or a link, with no physical item required.
It is the personal space where each employee keeps the contacts they generate in meetings, trade shows or events. They can also add notes and images to better remember the context of each contact.
It is the company’s shared contact base. It brings together the contacts generated by different employees so that this commercial knowledge is not lost and can keep being used across the organization.
Yes. Contacts in the corporate card holder can be exported or integrated with tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to bring them into the company’s sales workflow.
The dashboard gives an overall view of Knowee activity, letting you analyze contacts and usage by team, location or event.
Security and privacy
Knowee applies enterprise-grade security measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls and secure authentication systems.
Yes. Knowee is ISO 27001 certified, an international standard for information management and protection.
Our data is hosted on protected infrastructure within Europe, following European security and data protection requirements.
Yes. Knowee is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to properly protect the personal information of users and contacts.
Users can sign in through secure methods such as a password or a magic link. In corporate environments, Single Sign-On (SSO) systems can also be enabled.
Yes. Business plans allow you to integrate SSO and corporate directories such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), making access and user management easier.
The company can deactivate their card and keep the professional contacts collected in the corporate card holder. That way the commercial information generated during their time is not lost.
Administrators can decide which fields the company manages and which ones each employee can edit. This helps maintain both the security and the consistency of corporate data.
